The time is here to start invitations to Mojo Enterprises.

http://www.geocities.com/sleuth.mojo/home.html

This is a group effort by several detectives to create a fun, helpful and competitive enviroment for people to participate in.

We welcome you to look over our guidelines, our code of conduct and mission statement.

To show that we want to help everyone we are also posting for the first ime in public some (not all ;) ) of Mojo's hunting guidelines.

What if we Sleuths, who love this game, who are proud of the game and its community--what if we made our *own* code of conduct? Ben may have invented this game, but its community has made it what it is. I have honestly never seen anything like it, and I hate what this issue is doing to everyone. There aren't any rules about this--it seems to fall into a grey area. Mojo seems more than willing to comprimise. Are anti-alliance people also willing? I am. I think we can come up with a written code of conduct regarding agencies that most of us can agree on, without having Ben lay down the law, as if we were a bunch of unruly schoolchildren. His silence so far is indicative that he'd like us to figure it out on our own.

Maybe I'm naive to think that this is possible, but hell, I've had a couple drinks, and I'm feeling wacky. What say you?

His silence could also mean that's he's been really really busy getting ready for his trip, they were supposed to be in Amsterdam tomorrow.

OK I was silent for long time but keep getting PMs asking me to read this. Since this is a very very long thread I might missed something, I appologize if I repeat anyone.

This disscusion should not be about Mojo or anyone in it! Mojo is working within the rules. there is no cheating here. The fact that they decided to do something others dont want or cant do, does not make them cheaters or liars. So lets leave the name Mojo out of this and just stick to the phenomen "Alliances".

Some feel it could hurt the community. I have to say Im worried about it too. So we can look into ways of preventing this from hurting the game. We can make this a general disscusion about what we want to protect. Then we can try and find set of rules that helps. If Ben will agree with them he'll implemnt them into the game.

Dont make this a personal discussion. Making new strategies within the rules can seem unfair, but is still perfectly legal.
I run a small agency and I also get fustrated when having troubles with hunts or recruting. The fact that others "solved" this problems can be annoying and make me feel "unfair". But they still didnt do anything wrong.

We need to talk about the concenrs of the community in general. Then we can see what suggestions are there to help prevent this from happening.
Ran already made some.
An old thread comes to mind too: someone suggested having seperate hunts for big and small agencies. This can help the ones who are afraid of the alliances winning all the hunts.
The problem of having community within the community I dont know how to solve. But Im sure that if we can keep this disscusion rational, someone will come up with a great idea.

Ok have to stop now GOING TO MEET BEN AND SUNNY
LOL that is why I cant type properly, I guess. But hope I made my point clear.

I have sat back, since my last explosion, and listened to everyone. Now, since Coco Cola mentioned it, I must say, I agree. It isnt the alliances, or Mojos that you claim, thats killing the spirit of the community, it is this constant, and redundant bickering and small jabs here and there, that is killing the community. Cant you see the wall thats coming up between us all?

Yes, at first, I was guilty of not knowing when to keep my mouth shut, I will probably always be guilty of not knowing when to keep quiet because that is who I am. A person who is passionate with how I feel, as we all seem to be.

After sitting back and watching tho....the subject at hand is no longer the cause of the problem. It is the people within, from everywhere.

After giving an opinion, and I am including myself here, any more made after that, seems as an attack and a repeat anyways, of what was already said. Yes, I did do that too....I'm a very loyal person to the agency I belong to...I love Mojos and the people within, and sometimes I cant help myself. Ok, Im guilty, 100% ......BUT after watching everyone, this has just become a battleground between everyone.

It is best, myself included, once again, to let Ben make his final say, and make the decisions and the changes. When that happens? So be it, whatever it may be. Whether it is for what we want, or against what we want, we will have to accept it, deal with it and move on. I know this subject will nevergo away, but hopefully all this heated discussions will end.

I miss the community that felt like one big happy family. That is whats made Sleuth so wonderful. Now, sides are forming, feelings are being hurt, anger is rising, and causing hard feelings.....and it ISN'T because of Mojos, and alliances......it is the repeated bickering.

There is more drama, and stress in Sleuthville, than there is in real life and that's sad! *more*

Mojos is an honest, and wonderful agency......just as every agency out there is. Hopefully, when it's all said, and done, everyone can mend, and begin being what we all always have been.........friends!

*applauds* The community seems to be working things out for itself.

Just on a side note. Aren't there already communities within communities. Aren't single agencies technically and alliance of players working together? But that doesn't seem to stop people within agencies associating and having fun with people outside of their agency.

I will not be moderated away.

I want an appology from Maddie.

She has accused me of being a liar and I will not stand for that. "

Go back and reread what I posted because I never said you or anyone from Mojo was a LIAR.

I'm sorry I thought there might have been 6 agencies. You have my apology on this. I did put a question mark at the end of the 6 if you go back and read my post. Well here is what I did post - take note of the question mark.

"But I thought that an agency could only have up to 12 agents. But Mojo has 6? agencies under them. So bringing them in and then firing them when not needed means you have more than just 12. So how is this fair? Could you please redirect me to the posts where Ben has mentioned its not. Because I want to know what is said on this matter."

I also thought Behind Closed Doors and Omega were a part of your enterprise. I am sorry if I was mistaken, got wrong information. So which four are yours? I think I saw Mojo in london, The shire (you said is in delhi?), The closers? (shanghai) and whats in new york - fogies?
Ok so you have 4 agencies, that is still more than just 12 agents.

I would like to thank Peter Gunn for finding Ben's rules for me.
It did clarify things. That is what I was after - Because no one ever stated what the "rules" are. There is a 48 hour rule (as I have read), but it is only for the original detectives booted and returning to their original agency.
So I am sorry, you are not cheating the rules. If you have no problem implementing your strategy, that is fine with me. As you stated we have been winning hunts lately. And that is because Moonlighting has been working hard at it. We want to move up in the score board. Plus I want some better items; I am hoping the more fame you have the better the items you get.

I'm sorry I have hurt your feelings R. Anstett. And I did not mean to imply you are a liar. I am sure that all of Mojo is a wonderful agency. And I have never stated otherwise. I am not out to get you or disturb the community in any way. I was just posting my opinion about your methods of sleuth playing. It was a shocker.

I am deeply sorry for disturbing the community and ask your forgiveness.
