Sam Average here. I'm looking for a certain gentleman or even lady to start up an agency with. I've been in New York only a few days now and I'm already, ironically, beginning to find this metropolis a bit lonely.

Giving it to you straight, I'd prefer a toughie to team up with, but alas, beggars can't be choosers and I'll probably take which ever detective bites first. I'd also love it if you were the kind that lives for fun. I didn't come to New York to work my life away, but to have a good time.

Anyway, I was thinking about the old whiskey cellar next to Central Park on 59th. It's cosy, close, but most of all it's cheap. Like I said - beggars can't be choosers. And if all else fails, why we can get merry on any of the liquor that may have been forgotten down there. Though if the Big Apple ain't your cup of tea (for whatever reasons, perhaps for the prohibition) then perhaps we can emmigrate overseas - I'm not bothered.

If you're still interested, then perhaps I can disuade you with a little about myself. Like I said before, my name's Sam. I'm a Freelance Investigative Reporter and have found myself edging towards parts of the job that require the use of the old grey matter. I'm a joker and a bit of layout - I do what I do because I enjoy it, not because I've 7 mouths to feed or some skeleton to keep hidden in the closet.

So if you're still interested then get back to as soon as you can.
---------
In other words - anyone want to have a bit of fun and start up an agency from scratch?

Don't be worried by the preceding in-character ad. I'm just procrasting for tomorrow's seminar and I'm rather surprised by myself that I managed to write it.
