You will get the opportunity to create a new detective and continue with him/her.

Right, no gear, no money, no skills, no redemption. It's a sad fate.

That's sucks a bit. I was mucking about to see what would happen if I falsely accused someone. Then I tried to see what would happen if I had eliminated everyone else, but hadn't got positive proof on the suspect. So I have 2 false accusations... I've only solved a couple of cases. Maybe I should start again. If you start again can you use the same name? I've actually got quite fond of this name.

When I first started Sleuth, I was Makenzie Brewer, and got 3 falses and was retired. (luckily I didnt have all skills, or expensive gear or high experience, because that is even worse if u have to start from scratch again) Then I created the same name with just an s replacing the z in first name. At that time, you couldn't use the same name but I dont know if thats changed or not.

If you subscribe and join an agency, one of the many benefits of being in an agency is, they can help with falses if you dont have the money to do so. That is, if a person doesnt make it a habit of getting 2 falses all the time, it can be quite expensive, and can break an agency real quick. (cost to Shady goes up ,the higher experience goes up)

Since you have 2 falses, and if u dont have the money to pay Shady, you might want to start over with a new detective. You can use close to the same, by maybe adding Dr in front of your name...like, Dr. Sam Average, or Samuel Average. (just helping with suggestions) That is if you arent able to start over with the same detective, and I don't THINK you can. As I said, unless it changed.

Good luck :)

Thanks, for the advice on both threads. I finally managed to scrape together the cash after getting a couple of cases where the client was the murder. At $400 I thought it was a price well worth paying.

On another note, I need to get the digicam out and take picture to replace me avator. Either that or I can accept that the population of Sleuth is incredibly inbred and we all look pretty much the same.
