I am on good terms with Order of Socrates, but I can't seem to get in good standings with Arcanum Brthrhd nor Cosa Nostra. Can someone tell me if there is anything I can do to get in better standing with these two organizations?

It is very difficult to be 'in good' with more than one faction in any one city at a time. Each time you do a case that is for a faction (the woman with the magnifying glass) your standings will go up for one faction while going down for the other one. When you do little jobs for a faction you will go down for the other two factions in that city. If you want to change factions, you will have to make sure you do not do any cases where "they would like to see the matter go away".

I suggest you travel to another city where the faction that you're at good standings with doesn't hold residence. There you can try to work your way up with another faction. It's the most expensive but easiest way:)

Badass this would be difficult since she's not subbed!
I suggest you just do cases for the faction you want and avoid the others. When your standing is +1 you can start visit them daily for little jobs.
