How do y'all feel about agencies recruiting detectives at your agency? Does it hurt y'all whne long term detectives leave? Maybe I'm cynical but I look at my fellow sleuths as family & it gets me down in the dumps when they resign, only to take up residence elsewhere.

Man I was really getting into the story, thinking it was all serious and was like awww thats too bad! , then read the end....i laughed so loud, it made my bird fall off his perch,scared him to death lol :) Thanks for the laugh!!! :o))))
