Will it be nice if directors are notify by email if their agency rent are overdue or their safe had only enough money to last for, say, 7 days of rent? this benefit directors who doesnt log in everyday and are trying to build up an agency. they probably doesnt have a lot of spare cash in the safe. thanks.

I would definitely make it something people can choose to have or not. Some people like lots of mail, others don't.

Used as an Opt in is a great idea.
The Directors messaging other members of the agency I actually disagree with. I think it is too open to abuse, and once I opt in, does Ben really want to juggle and turn it off them I get a director who bombards me with emails? Then turn it back on when I go to a differnt agency?
Banner ads = good, opt in for overall Sleuth updates = good, faith in Ben's judgement = Great

sounds like Ben's got a mandate from the people! you can go ahead and abuse those executive powers now, man! congrats
ps i like optional email updates too. maybe also a notification if your detective is about to go inactive?

In another online game... an email is sent if your account 10 days inactive (Inactivity matters there more) and you have the choice to say you're not playing. So, it would have nothing to do with your angecy ect if you were inactive...
