Where are all of the organazations held( such as the Order O Socccrates)?

Order of Socrates -> Mayor's Office in City Hall
Arcanum Brotherhood -> Church in Map
Cosa Nostra -> Real Estate Agency in Map

Oh, and you can't get in their headquarters unless you have +1 standing with them.
