You go search the crime scen and there is no evidence.Then you go question the suspects. And a few of them have fake alibi's. Is there a way to know who the real killer is and not geuss wrong.Please help.

You can only find evidence if you have the smart skills (thread identification, hair identification etc) - so get those first. Easier cases let you ask more questions, but you need either interrogation (tough) or sweet talking (charm). Get your skills before you try harder cases.

Can't you just get someone to accuse the murderer without having the evidence?

unless you can get 2 different people to accuse someone with a fake alibi and a motive, you always run the chance of a false accusation.

i agree with bigdoc here. get the smarts skills(hair analysis, thread analysis, footprint analysis). you can try on advanced hair anlysis and advanced thread anlysis)

Once again, only one witness needs to accuse someone with a fake alibi.
