I've just finished a case and Larry the Toe is offering to tell me the location of Big Lucy's Cabaret for $500. Trouble is, I don't know what it is or whether I need it.

The main use for the place is for treasure hunts or to buy some very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very overpriced items. There is also a message board there where lost souls mourn the day they paid money to go to the cabaret.
