Sorry to be a bother. I paid for two subscriptions and my detective on my other subscription was retired. I inadvertently lost out on my chance to create a new detective at the time, and cannot figure out how to log back in to reclaim my subscription rights. I apologize in advance if there is information available in the popup menus, I have popups enabled on every browser on my computer (Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer) but they do not seem to work in any of them. Does the game not work properly with Mac Java? I have had problems with it before.

I have no idea how this could have happened, but I believe if you ask Ben (Sleuth Admin), he'll fix your problem. Just Private Message him as "Sleuth Admin", and write the problem. I think he'll be able to reclaim your other subscription.

Or go with your subbed detective to the subscribers center and use the phone number or email link.

Thanks so much! And to my popup problem, I had a virus detector who's default was blocking popups. Once I changed its setting it was fine. So, to any other Mac users... come on in, the water's fine!
