Is this some odd random thing? The fortune teller of London just became my contact after her colleague in New York already was my contact. Some people seem to get a shoemaker, barber, etc. as their first contact. I think this gives them great advantage right from the start.

To clarify, you cannot ever have 2 PE contacts or 2 Hint contacts in the same city. If your first contact in a city is PE, your second will be a hint giver, and vise versa.
