So this dude abdulla has a real alibi.
BUT! there is both witness evidence and physical evidence that point to him.
So heres my question: Do i accuse him or not?

I strongly advise against guessing. A false accusation will sap your wallet via the Shady Character. Especially later in the game. For example, my Shady Character "tab" is almost $100,000. So when I get to dead-ends in my cases, it's either guess for $700-900, or be down $100,000.

If you find that you have to quit more cases than you solve, back it down a level until you gain skill points to purchase another skill, sometimes one more skill is all it takes. Or do more favors to gain gear, it can make a huge difference.
I'm all for subscribing as well so that you can join an agency and borrow gear and store cases.
