Ack! Some help please! I just created a new detective a few days ago called (as I formerly believed) "Rick Myson". However, when I try to login with this, I get an invalid login! I am absolutely 100% sure my password is correct, and I've tried all sorts of different names I might've called him, but nothing works! Is there any way I could ask Ben to do a backcheck of any recently created names or something? I've finished 2 cases on him (quite an achievement for me <:), and I really don't want to lose him!

Thats great. Good to see that you figured out your other detectives name. Even if you didnt, yes you could have asked Ben. He is very helpful and I'm sure he would have helped you find your detective.
