PM if this is a spoiler, but my pet is 70 days old and gained two skill points fairly quickly visiting the barber every three days and the battery boardwalk for a boost…and now I’ll occasionally get the “close to getting smarts/charm skill” but it’s been weeks and nothing has changed. I max out every opportunity in my cases for Samwise to observe the techniques and I don’t know what else to do…
Is it like detective skill points, where the more EXP you have, the more EXP you need to get another skill point? Anything I’m missing?
