Lag when storing cases

In the past few days there is a significant lag when I store cases or open the stored ones. Does anyone else have this problem? Is it a Sleuth problem or my own, such as a full cache?

Also, something funny has happened to the Sleuth clock. I posted the message about the lag around 1 PM, and it says I posted at 8:43. It's only 2:45 now, according to the same Sleuth clock. :D

Indeed . Storing a case in the files needs up to 15 sec ! and picking up to 12 sec . Started yesterday and is also the same today . Is making the game almost unplayable especially when you wish to help new detectives in solving cases . Need immediate attention .

It is clearly a programming problem . I have tried other browsers and my connection is 1 Gbps fiber-optic always lag .Having to wait 12- 15 sec to store or pick a case is really game breaking

Third day and as was expected the problem is unsolved. With the sharp exception of LJ ... nobody cares in this game to provide solutions or info .

C'mon VS. a lag storing or retrieving cases make the game unplayable? I've not noticed because I don't really store. But then again, I'm only doing Nemesis hunts. Anyhow, it is still a valid concern and I've sent a message to Admin so he can take a look at it

We store a lot ctown as we are extremely active. If you need half a minute only to pick and store a case is really making the game unplayable. Imagine an agent asking help with your contact to solve a case . This 5 sec work ... is not in need of 35 sec . We are in optic - fibre era and lag from servers ... especially such extended lag periods are a huge problem . Time is life ... is extremely precious and important . Thanks for taking some action

Hi All!
I'm sorry for the bugs. I did indeed make some changes last weekend for maintenance purposes. These bugs are definitely related and not something you'll be able to fix on your end. I'm looking into them today.
In addition to the lag storing/retrieving a case, I've been told you receive an error message in Sleuth Mail about some missing attributes. If anybody else has any clues to share on this it may be helpful.
Thanks for your patience!

Thank you Admin for responding back immediately when I got ahold of you the other day and thank you for actively looking into the issue and staying in communication with me with regards to it.
