Hello, I'm a fully completely 100% blind player. Google Gemini lied to me and said that this game is accessible with my screen reader, Jaws. I believed it and somehow signed up and started to play.
every single place name is inaccessible / unlabeled. I click a random place, for example it turns out to be a church. when I ask my questions and leave the church, only then my screen reader is able to read the other place's names like restaurant, bar etc. Why? why it's not always accessible? why do I always have to leave somewhere to read other places? Or do I have to remember them all every single time so that I enter the right place? I dont think it's fair
The other problem is that the game kicks me out when I seek any help!
Go to the bank to get help with the handwriting - choose the person who you think the handwriting belongs to - the game kicks you out. I loged in at least 20 times and tried the same thing and same result!
Same thing with the Tailor.
Why? is it a bug (I respect that if it is) or is it for us to buy subscription to play without kicking outs? If we cant get help, why is the option there? if it's there, why the game keeps signing me out?
If any of you marked the game as "accessible with jaws" in any website, please remove this so Gemini may be stops suggesting this game to the blind players like me because its not accessible. it's a lie. We cant even get a simple help without paying it seems like.
I just wanted to let you all know. and am coppying this. maybe it kicks me out out of the game again when I try to post!

Hi Lisa, I'm not sure what access you have to as a blind player, from what I know, the Map page has titles that list every location that you can access. Once you click into a location, the other locations will not be accessible until you leave that location.
The free featured mystery is bugged, where you cannot verify any alibis or physical evidence, you can only solve it by using witness evidence. You can choose to cancel that case to avoid dealing with that problem. I'm not sure about the other featured mysteries, but the standard mystery does not have this problem.
