Murder grips London as Heiress found dead. Sleuth BadAss unmasks killer amidst Jazz-Age Intrigue.
The article in today's edition of the City News has piqued my curiosity. It sounds like something NEW in Sleuth after a long time.
Could the said famed detective possibly give us just a teeny tiny hint about how he came upon what seems to be a new kind of case? The reply would be much appreciated. :)

Giving false hope to poor Sleuths who've been patiently waiting for years for something new to happen (like the antique store in Shanghai, for instance) would be a bit unfair, wouldn't it?

Not really imo. But then again, there will always be complaints about what we dont like or what we'd rather see. Me personally, Im happy this game still exists for me to log in and play. I have such fond memories here and that is what keeps me coming back.

While I agree with Jas on everything she stated here, I also love a good conspiracy theory. What if Detective BadAss is merely an alternate account for our very own Sleuth Admin. Or even better, it's Sunny! ;-)

Objection, as they love to say in courtroom dramas: "complaining" is one thing, and wishing for something is quite another. No need to protect Sleuth, at least not from me. :)

Yes! Not complaining…just enjoying the game and curious about something new! (I’ve creeped in the shadows with different detectives sporadically in the past decade).

Rhaenys, perception is such an interesting thing. Some may say you complain, others dont. Its a difference of our perceptions of things. :)
As for me "protecting Slueth from you", lol

Wait a minute. What year is this? I think my time machine may have worked and there's actual discussion on the threads again! ;-)

SO, we've time travelled back to the days where the boards were the happening place to be?

Yes, the good old days. When the boards were sometimes more fun that actually playing the game.
And these young whippersnapper detectives have it so easy nowadays, not like when we started, when we went on a villain hunt. I remember having to chase that villain through 3 feet of snow and also chase them uphill, both ways! ;-)
