Hi. I just started an AVH. Shangai, Delhi, London, NY now (not having earned any contacts in Delhi set me back a bit). Will it necessarily also take me to Cairo? I have not earned the pirate negotiation skill, so I was wandering - should I quit the AVH now if I cannot get access to Cairo at all?

No, don't quit your hunt! Until you unlock Cairo, the hunts won't lead you there.
