I am on my first AVH since getting the map to Cairo, and I am puzzled by the conspirator clues…they are completely unlike the straightforward clues in other cities. I’m trying to ask specific questions in the search bars without any luck.

What am I missing? Any hints or PMs would be appreciated.

Thank you for replying! I was sitting in Cairo solving a bunch of cases and getting such weird clues but it was fun to be surprised and to finally figure it out myself :) The sleuth gods have determined that I shan’t figure things out until I humble myself and post asking for help, lol.
