where is la costra nostra in england i tried all locations but dont see an option to ask audience with them

Each city has more locations than just the townies you see on the bar across the top of the map. For example, there is the detective shop in each city, the bank, the real estate agency, etc. Try some of those to see if you can find them.

Visit every single location in London, not just the townies, but all of the offices, one of them will give an option to ask for a meeting
