Hello. What happens to rented agency office after a subscription period ends? Does one still have access to it, can one keep paying rent and using it?

As long as there is money in the agency safe to cover rent, the agency will remain intact even after a subscription expires. So yes, you can continue paying rent and using the agency, but you will not be able to store cases or open any previously saved cases
