for all cases once a person has no alibi and a piece of either witness claims or evidence at scence once a person has either and no alibi i accuse but now im at incredibly hard and twice when that is the case it still says accusation is incorrect what should i make sure of to avoid this

i understand but i couldnt determine suspect alibis tpp many clammed up sp since at crime amd witness evidemce thought that meant their guilty but wasnt i thought only culprot would have both.

even when person has no alibi and i match crime evidemce still says incorrect im on incrediy hard i thought one of either and no alibi was enough

The skill "research" will be your friend here. Some people lied about their alibi, research will help with that. Also, the thread in a previous answer will greatly help you.

ive used research if i cant veeify a suspect alibj yet they have 1 crime scene evidence 1 witness evidence what do i do i would acuse as i thpughf only culprit has both

There are only 3 scenarios to determine with 100% accuracy a guilty suspect.

Fake alibi + Physical evidence = guilty
Fake alibi + Witness evidence = guilty
Unknown alibi + 2 (this 2 is very important) witness evidence = guilty

This is 100% what you need to refer to. If you are not able to confirm if an alibi is real or fake, the only way to know for sure is two witness evidence

I won't get into how many real/fake alibis there are on each level, but that information is on these boards
