Well, since we're very good with this whodunnit thing, I decided to launch this little game here.
It's pretty simple. I am someone (person, cartoon, book character, whatever) and everyone else can have a guess at who I am.
The one who guesses it has the next round, and we'll try to guess on him/her.
I hope this works. :-)

Well, all the movies I've seen had singing, but I wouldn't call them musicals. But a leading lady? What do you mean by that?

Well, yes, Fred & Ginger came to mind but got ruled out by the 'A' thing. But there are other actors who are associated with particular actresses so I thought it was worth a punt. :)

Blimey. How long do you think we should keep this going before admitting defeat? I'm running out of clue questions to ask.

From the US or from Canada?

Did any of his movies win an Oscar? Or another award?

If the movies had singing in but weren't musicals... hmm, I'm trying to think how that might work. Are we talking the kind of set-up where one or more scenes takes place at a cabaret or show of some sort?
