I know that there are some folks in GREAT with the Shangri La factions, but what's the highest standing that anyone has ever managed to get with the six regular factions?

The Tea Steepers teach you hostage negotiations and give the #2 and one book..
Shangri La Tigers teach you trap detection give yu another book...and probally will give the #1....i dont know how, but its make sense....
if you choose TS you cannot have trap detection...if you choose ST, you cannot have hostage negotiatins and the #2....so, where you can find #1..??

The Tigers will also give you Secret#2. That is why there is such a big mystery as #1, if they gave #1 instead of #2 someone would surely have gotten it by now. I'm running out of ideas quickly, but still have not given up. I still have one avenue to chase down just looking for that elusive clue.

I don't know if the tigers give #2, but #1 is supposed to be available to everyone. I'll have to dig to find the thread.
#1 and #2 both became available right after the Villains expansion, right?

I think I was mistaken, I thought someone had told me that the tigers can give it as well but now I find no evidence of it!
