i know this is so a newbie question. But i have solved 3 cases on easy very easily. i wanted to move on to an intermediate case. but that is grayed out and i can't choose it. What do i need to do so that i can choose to solve an intermediate case.

The harder levels will get available when you get more experienced (get more experience points). Just solve some more cases!
Read about cities and traveling in the help file (look in the upper right corner of this page). :-)

I could be wrong but Im pretty sure that a newbie can open up to hard cases and you have to be subsribed to travel to oter citiea
