Ok, then it might be your Virus/fire wall protection.
Some (such as Norton) have additional pop up blockers there as well.
I will send another PM to test with you also. You will likely get a bunch of them one after another after you fix this, as the backlog flows through.
They only pop up as you click on a new link somewhere in Sleuth.

Maybe I should turn my pop up blocker on to see if that yellow bar comes up or not and if that doesn't work then I can try to do this on my lab top

ok, that sounds like a good trouble shooting step.
Looking for previous posts where others have had problems also to check that.

I'm trying to remember what I did when I had Norton Security. I had to do something in it to allow popups from Sleuth. *sigh* There was something in the security settings that I had to change. I'll see if I can find out what it was.
