Physical description

Cilia is a tall, tan woman with brown hair. She wears a light blue shirt with a slightly darker blue-gray vest and a black skirt that goes down to her knees. She has high, distinct cheekbones, a "beauty mark" mole on her face, and wears dark pink lipstick.

When on a case, Cilia wears a wide straw hat with a disturbing Noh mask covering her true face. Under her feathery cape (which gives her the illusion of possessing crow wings), she wears dark black body armour. She also has jet black hair that is tied into a ponytail.
