Detective Biography

I come from a wealthy family, my father owns a large set of corporate companies whilst my mother is a rich man’s housewife. All the way through my life I didn’t realize that I was being groomed to follow in my mother’s footsteps into domestic bliss until they introduced me to Elliot Cross, my future husband. My parents had decided after I rather harshly turned down an array of potential suitors they had forced upon me, that they should go down the arranged marriage route.

After spending some time with Elliot and discovering that he had a particularly vicious and ruthless nature, I decided maybe this wasn’t the life for me. So on the night of my “engagement party” I packed a small amount of things and exited via the kitchen window.

What my parents were not aware of was the fact I had stowed away some of my own earnings from a few shows I worked in a speakeasy as one of the back up dancers. They hadn’t known about this little job, and it gave me a sense of fulfillment knowing I’d made my own way. I changed my name quickly and threw myself into the line of detective work, when a position was offered at the local agency. I grew to love it.
