Detective Biography

Nickac went to America from England seeking fame and fortune. Unfortunately, she was tone deaf, had two left feet and was such a wooden actress you couldn't pick her out from a pile of timber. So a life on the stage wasn't to be.

Running out of money and desperate for fame Nickac turned to the only thing she was good at - crime. At first things went well. She successfully burgled houses leaving a little calling card behind so that her notority and fame increased with each successful robbery.

All was going well untill she made a (almost) fatal error. One robbery was at the house of Peter Leary who just happened to be a very distant relative of the head of the notorious Murphy gang. Unfortunately for Nickac he wasn't too distant for the Murphy gang to take notice and give Nickac a warning. "Return the goods and get out of town or else..."

Having seen what happened to two other ex-burglars after the Murphy gang had finished with them - Harmless "Armless" Harry and Sean "Mumbles" O'Leary - Nickac decided to cut her losses and have a quick change of career.

So she headed off back to London leaving her short lived life of crime behind her and instead now concentrates on bringing crims to justice....well until she's far enough away from the Murphy gang that is.
