Detective Biography
Buggles had graduated high school at the young age of 14 and had immediately set up practice as a private detective. After wandering from city to city, he settled in London, where he was recruited by a director of an agency known as The Underground.
Eagerly accepting the invitation, he moved into his new office at their headquarters the same day. It wasn't long before he felt right at home.
After awhile, Buggles left London and The Underground behind, in search of challenges and adventure. at the young age of 16, he found himself in Shanghai, a city far different than the streets he'd grown used to in London.
