I'm Basil Locke. These days I'm known as Basil, Mr.Locke, or even "Baz". but a few years ago, people knew me as the "Phantom Panther." I used to be a cat burglar, and it was said I could get in and out any building undetected. I was also fairly good at observation, how else would I know just when and how to get in houses? I'm still a sneaky, observant fellow, but these days it's used to further my career as Detective Basil Locke. But don't cross me, or I just might not be able to resist lifting a few of your valuables off you!
