Detective Biography
As a detective, I like to sweet talk people into things. Trust me, it really helps. I'm pretty charming, but I still have the smarts, mind you. Even though I've barely even put a dent in this career, I have a feeling that I'm on my way to sucess.
I grew up in New York, and when I was growing up, it was full of scandals. When I was a kid, my daddy was always by my side and taught me how to defend myself. Those smarts came in handy when I started to work on cases.
But my Ma wasn't around when I was growing up; she died awhile back; so my daddy and I became real close. He is now my driving force when I'm fighting crime.
I would be in the 'big' business if my lowsy, good-for-nothing cousin hadn't taken that spot. Sure, I could have been a private eye. But since life is still young for me, a thriving reporter could to the trick.
