Detective Biography
Kokoaquaker is Maureen Peperhaut, daughter of famed detective Ranier Peperhaut. Maureen and her father don’t often talk, as she has still not forgiven him for his past trangressions. Ranier is doing everything he can to make up for his past mistakes and that may be why Maureen does speak with him from time to time.
Maureen spends her days at her full-time job, as the manager of the local theatre. She only takes on cases as favours to her friends and family, and only if she has the time. Her true calling is in detective work, as it was for her father, but she does not yet know that.
Maureen certainly inherited her father’s intelligence, but she prefers to stay street-wise, flexing her charm and strong will whenever needed. She is stubbornly independent and prefers to be on her own.
Perhaps one day she will find it in her heart to forgive her father, and join him in his quest to rid the streets of the filth that lay there.
