In the help link it says, "There are always multiple pieces of physical or witness evidence pointing to the guilty suspect". However, I can not recall ever having a case where both pieces of physical evidence pointed to the same suspect. I have had 2 witnesses point to the same person, but not the physical evidence. Just was wondering if this is always the case. I have only worked cases up to the Hard Mystery level. Does this change at higher levels? Thanks.

Err... I mean "that innocent person WOULD have a valid alibi."

I'll try to see if I can dig up my notes again, but I'm almost sure I had one where the innocent person didn't have an alibi either.

I found that if there are two or three pieces of physical evidence, only one is the actual evidence, the other(s) are misleading.
