Can someone please remind me what maximum Ben set for how high your experience points can go before you get your first contact? Thanks!

Wow cage! I don't think I've ever seen anyone with as many exp without one contact...two, yes..
*recalls poor Akano's quest for the ever elusive PE contact*
All I know is that 150K the likelyhood of a favor resulting in a contact increases.
(Buried somewhere in time when the cities were added...most likely Sleuth talk....)
