You think, Reda? I was assuming that if you did easier cases, you'd accumulate skill points more slowly, but you *would* get them. I'm not so sure about that any more. Gosh, figuring out the game is harder than doing the cases :)

Yes you will get skill points but it will take FOREVER is what I always thought. Seems to be no black or white answer here.

Maybe it is related with the amount of time you post. In my case, that would explain a lot. :)

Number of times you post would certainly explain how Jstkdn got where she is today :)

I've been thinking about this skill point mystery, and I think our case records with our experiance points and detective age somehow determine our next skill point (which I figure to be at a flucutating number). Yes, *age*, I think the probability rate for us getting skill points drops as the detectives get older.

I have to disagree with the age coorelation. I have received 9 skill points in the last nine days, so I don't think age is related.(I am over a year old)

After that piece of information and the numbers I just saw, now I disagree with me too.
After analyzing my formula again, I noticed I had to be wrong since we can't lose skill points (that's the last time I try to do math during a hurricane). So, the mystery continues.
*goes off to redo his formula while the hurricane is gone*

Hmmm. When I didn't have Research, I got skill points for Incrediblies, and now I don't.
*starts developing new theory about skill points relating to number of skills you already have*
*develops parallel theory that Thaddeus should stop playing Sleuth and go work*
