Agency case loads and PMs

When researching the advantages of different Agencies, I noticed that the maximum case loads for the various headquarters varied from 2-7. Does this mean that you can't play your full 10 cases a day if you're in an agency?

Agencies seem like they give you a really nice leg up, and I'd love to go after a treasure or two, but 10 cases a day barely seems like enough at times, I'd hate to lose some of them.

Also, I've tried turning off my pop-up blocker, but I can't seem to get any PMs. Windows pop up for gear descriptions and "are you sure you want to quit" queries, but I'm having no luck getting PMs.

Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Lola, looks like you are referring to case storage capacitity. In an agency each detective gets a "filing cabinet" where you can store your daily cases, either to find help or just hold so you don't lose them when the day rolls over. It does not affect your 10 cases a day. Infact, in an agency, often you can find extra cases from other detectives, just depends on the agency.

PM's....sometimes a firewall can cause trouble. Have you tried making Sleuth a "safe site?"

Thanks cfm. That's awesome with the agencies, though I'm still having problems with the PMs. I guess as a follow-up question...If I CAN'T get PMs to work, is it still possible to join (and work with) an agency?

Nope. To accept an invite, you have to be able to get PM's. The only other thing I can suggest is the browser change. Trying Mozzilla firefox.

I really don't know much about any of it, other than it worked for Jojo and a few others when they were unable to get PM's.

Thanks for the help. Apparently my virus blockers were the culprits. So everything's great now, just nobody get my laptop sick, 'kay?
