Does anyone have experience with the laser accupuncture to quit smoking?

There is a side of me that know she has to quit smoking, there is another side that LOVES smoking.

I am considering the laser therapy. However, what I fear is, that it will only get rid of the nicotene dependency, which I know I can beat. It is the psychological dependency on it that really drives me insane.

I have tried to quit smoking once before, but after 5 weeks fell off the wagon. Because I went insane. I did it cold turkey, now I realize I need some help.

Another question, if I do decide to go ahead. Are there any other avid smokers in here, that want to start a little quit smoking smoking group?

I know the gum and the patches don't work for me.
Because, found myself still smoking on TOP of that. :)

The psychological addiction is really my biggest problem. I never tried that Allen Carr thing. Maybe that would be something. They say you can still read that book, and smoke. I can see myself reading 1 letter a day. :) :) Or stop reading right before the last chapter.

Orbi, maybe we should join forces. A friendly sleuth professional actually messaged me, and will give me some info.

But but but....I really don't want to stop smoking. But I REALLY REALLY have to.

I'm a smoker, altho not a heavy smoker....sometimes I will only smoke 2 cigarettes a day, then are times I just smoke way too much in a day. Depends on my mood I guess. I'd like to quit, and have tried...I will say "After this pack is gone, Im done". So when i have to go to the store or run an errand, what do I do? Drive by a carry-out and buy me a pack of smokes. *sigh*
I started off smoking because I thought it was cool (I was 18).....I quit for a long long while...then started up again. I do enjoy smoking, especially in the mornings with a cup of coffee, or after I eat...and when I get in my truck. Unfortunately, everything we enjoy, isn't good for us sooooo I would like to quit! Just right after I smoke this cigarette! Ugh!

I will never quit. Send me your unfinished packs and I will smoke them in your stead.
