So I just finished doing a favor case and upon successfully completing it, an NPC named Larry the Toe offered to teach me the location of "Lucy's Cabaret" for $500. I had no idea what this was but I had plenty of cash so I did it. He told me where it was but I have no idea what to do with this information, or how to make use of it. No new places have opened up on the map or anything like that. Was this some special function I can't benefit from because I'm not a paying member or have I just missed something?

It only really helps to be subscribed and to be in an agency. When you pay Larry don't do any cases and go where he tells you. Then you slowly move your cursor until a hand appears. When it appears click.

This is really all I know. I've paid him only once but when I did I started a case and and I couldn't do it.
