What standing do you need in the Cosa Nostra to learn there skill?

Cosa does sell some good tough equipment though, which can not be purchased at the other factions. Problem is, that it is expensive. Except for the tommy gun, which is great to have. But only purchase stuff from factions, until you are great with them. Prices descrease from being so so, to good, to great with them.,

Yes, once you reach +30 with them, you get the best discount. I think it is 1/2 the original cost? or 1/3... I don't remember anymore....
