Just one question, if you subscribe and become a member of an agency, what happens when the subscription period runs out. Are you still a member of the agency and can you still use all its facilities, and how many cases do you then get a day?

Yes, you stay a memeber of that agency unless you leave or are kicked out. Some agencies require as personal policy that members be subscribed.
You will no longer be able to travel, but the rest of the agency facilities will still be available.
You will go back to getting 3 cases per day, but, as always, may be able to pick up cases that your teammates do not have the time to work themselves.
