i have one false accusation at the moment.. (tried a hard case early and had everyone clam on me lol) if i get another false accusation next week for example, then another a month later, will my detective be retired? or is there a certain time spam in which you can screw up?

What if you get one false accusation go see Shady he says $6,000 but you don't pay or don't have it. What happens down the road if you get second FA and then decide to pay what would the price be based on>???

The price is based on your experience, and the price for one is the same as two.

As far as I know, the price just keeps accumulating for every case you complete (the higher case level of the case completed, the more Mr. Shady's price will increase). So it's usually a good idea to wait paying until you've had your 2nd false instead of after the 1st as you sort of get 2 for the same price. When you pay off Mr. Shady, he doesn't start from 0 again, he starts from where you ended up so that if you pay him the $6.000, the price he'll want when you get your next false will be the $6,000 + $x per case you've solved since last time you payed him :)
