Will quitting cases be marked as a false accusation and tberefore after 2 quit cases and 1 false accusation you have to start over?

No, quitting a case saves you from the problem of the false accusations. It is much better to quit, it only costs you a little bit of pride, instead of a wad of cash or perhaps your detective. :)

That is true, my pride cost me a lot of money when I first started. Believe me, if you are stuck, quit. No harm done.
