Well, here's another one... About those interview skills, let's say the chances are 30% if I'm tough and 70% if I'm nice. Does that mean that if I have advanced intimidation or advanced interrogation the suspect/townie will answer just the same? What I mean to ask is: should one balance the skills or just be as tough/smart/charming as can be?

Rufus, in your case load up on all tough skills, and tough clothes. Charming would never stand a chance, not even near.
My advise get tough and smart stuff only.
