I was wondering if any of the other oldies has hard time getting skill points. I have chosen my skills badly in the beginning, but till now was ok with what i had.
The trouble is that it takes me almost 2 weeks to get one skill point. And now with the travling I really mis some skills I could do without here, but not abroad.
But since I mis those skills and the benefits of the agency abroad I had to go down a couple of levels. Now it looks like those points will never come.
I know you cant help me, Im just getting a bit fustrated and wanted to know if its only me.
How fast do you get skill points?

I have never counted, but playing on rediculous, I think you get one about every 10 cases + favours or so. So once a day. But I can't be sure, it is just a feeling that I have. It is certainly less then once a week, and I would even venture to say 1 or 2 days.
I find around 300K to be a bad experience count. You don't have all skills yet (in same cases not even a contact), and getting a new skill point does require you to play at rediculous.
The up side is, once you got your contacts, are in an agency, got the right clothes (which you swap from smart to tough/charming) the smart skills, and questioning skills, research and pickpocketing it possible to play at the rediculous level. All other skills are not a requirement to be succesful at it.
And working up to the point of getting all those things, you still gain points quite fast. Unless you have spent them on things like safe cracking, pickpocketing and hypnotism already.
