I know there are 3 new factions in the new cities. I noticed today that somehow I have gotten Fair status (+1) in the Green Hand and poor in circle of light (-1), but I have never left New York. How can that happen? Shouldn't you just go up and down with the factions in the city you are in?

there was a bug early on after the expansion where people were getting political cases for the Dehli factions, regardless of what city they were in. That bug has been taken care of, but that's probably how your standing got off zero in those two factions without leaving New York.
