new game sounds exciting. Will skill points come faster again in the new locations? I'm wondering if oldtimers will be at a disadvantage if they have to learn new tricks. I suspect I'll have to wait to find out, but all hints are sooo tantalizing!

Will people who have all current skills and saved lots of skill points since be able to buy all the skills at once which will put other agents still collecting skills currently at a disadvantage?
