The image server is still down, but we've been able to have the images load from the regular game server instead. Consequently some profile pictures will be missing (as they're only on the image server) until the image server is back online again.

Not sure if this is related, but the main server seems to be raising cain also concerning password resets. Thought you guys should know.

Yep, I've tested this on three different detectives, it comes up with error page message:

"Sleuth - Game Server Error

It appears that the Sleuth Game Server ran into an Unexpected Error. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Please try one of the following to resolve the situation:

Click the REFRESH button on your browser.
Click the BACK button on your browser to go back to the previous page.
Or, try the Sleuth Home page: http://playsleuth.com.
If you continue to receive this error, please try back in about an hour."

I still can't see many of the avatars and some of the equipment (I've been among those unfortunate detectives who pressed Ctrl + F5). Is there anything I can do about it until the server problems are fixed?

I guess that explains why all of my saved passwords disappeared as well. I almost had a panic attack. :/ But they're back now. *phew*

In any event, most of the things seem to be back in order. Thanks for all your time/work spent on correcting this, guys. :)

If you Ctrl + F5 on a page Dany, and the images still don't load, then they're out of action until Ben's able to tackle the image server itself.

Im using my ipad and some of the images arent there, any suggestions?

Is it just avatars and items, or are more serious images missing? If it's just avatars and items wait until the image server gets fixed. If it's anything more serious, delete your browser cache.
