There will be 4 activities this week. All events start on Thursday, August 25, at 12:00 AM, SST. Good luck. ;-)

1. Sleuthetania Scavenger Hunt - All team members will board the Sleuthetania and hunt for a list of items that will be provided to them on the Sleuth Talk boards Thursday morning. As with the other hunts, once a team member has found the first item on the list, stored the item to the Agency locker, and sent a screenshot or copy/paste of the reward page to Riza, team members may proceed to look for the next item on the list. The team with the most items found gets 10 points. Team with the second highest amount found gets 7. Third gets 5. Fourth gets 3. PLEASE REMEMBER: Once you are on the boat, you CANNOT access your Agency, so clean out your locker before you board the ship. Riza will be expecting a screenshot of each team's locker before Thursday.

All teams may do a MAXIMUM of *TWO* trips on the Sleuthetania. You have until Wednesday, August 31, 11:59 PM, SST, to complete this activity.

2. Journal Pages Hunt - While on the boat, all members will do a hunt for Journal Pages. We have recorded each person's current collected Journal Pages. On Thursday, September 1, around 12:00 AM, SST, we will again compile a list of everyone's collected Journal Pages. All participating players get 3 points (this means you have to collect at least ONE Journal Page to get the participation points). The player with the most Journal Pages collected gets 10 points. Player with the second most Pages collected gets 7 points. Player with the third most Pages collected gets 5 points. Player with the fourth most collected Pages gets 3 points. And yes, there can be more than one point winner on the same team.

3. Introduction Creation Contest - Each team will create and submit TWO intros. One MUST be set on the Sleuthetania, and have a nautical theme. The second MUST have an Olympic theme of some kind. Spelling and grammar will be taken into account.

Yeah, too bad that nun's ringing that bell next to my ear and shouting: "Shame! Shame! Shame!" constantly...

*pulls out her Colt 1911 and shoots the nun* - oh wait, that's not historically accurate, as GoT takes place in the middle ages :) - ah well, creative liberty - c'est la vie!

If it were me I'd check that nun thoroughly to see if she may have any witch marks.

First and foremost, we would like to thank you all for your patience. While it can certainly take some time to post the results, we wanted to be sure we were all same-minded about the intro's you have all written.

Without further ado, we announce the final results of this year's Sleuth Olympics:

First place: Chariots of Fire, with a total of 16 points - 10 points for first place, 6 participation points for submitting 2 intro's.

Second place: A Race to Adventure, with a total of 13 points - 7 points for second place, 6 participation points for submitting 2 intro's.

Third place: Rick's Cafe Americain, with a total of 11 points - 5 points for third place, 6 participation points for submitting 2 intro's.

Fourth place: Feminine Assassins, with a total of 6 points - 3 points for fourth place, 3 participation points for submitting 1 intro.

The judges would also like to extend a special thanks to Sleuth Sindy, for having written an intro so good, Secret_Squirrel himself threw his macademia nuts in the air as he read it for the first time.

I quote: " One of the better intro's I've read over the years really. Steeped in Noir, the geography of Sleuthville and humour. "

But that does not mean that you all fell short in light of Sindy's intro, oh no, not at all!

Some of the judges's comments as to the intro's you have all submitted:

"Interesting read with the historically accurate tennis court and with the blow dart murder."

"Accurate as to English terms, with Bobbies being the prime example (Bobbies means police in England)."

"Shows much thought has been given to this intro, due to the amount of details and descriptions."

"I liked the contrast between the detective's drastic waking from her/his sleep on the fishing boat off the shore of Alaska after a dream about the first-class deck on the Sleuthetania."

"The killing of the albatross was original."

*continue in next message*

*PM 2*

"This is pretty good - very Rhyme of the Ancient Marriner :) - and tying in the some detail RE the ship shows an understanding of the Sleuthetania."

Once again, we would like to thank you all for participating in the Sleuth Olympics this year and we all hope that you had a wonderful time playing these past four weeks.

We would also like to thank the organisers for taking their time and effort to create such a wonderful event. I can safely say that we, the judges, are looking forward to next year's Olympics. And I'm sure you all are looking forward to it too!

Until next year and once again, thank you all for participating! You're all winners!

These were the total points I could find as the most recent, courtesy of Riza Hawkeye

First Place: Chariots of Fire (180 points)
Second Place: Rick's Cafe Americain (167 points)
Third Place: Feminine Assassins (158 points)
Fourth Place: A Race to Adventure (154 points)

If my math is correct, the following total should be the final score:

First place: Chariots of Fire (196 points)
Second Place: Rick's Cafe Americain (178 points)
Third place: A Race to Adventure (167 points)
Fourth place: Feminine Assassins (160 points)

We'll have to wait for Breit's official response, but I think this is the final result with the intro's included :)

Chariots of Fire climb up to the stage while the Romanian national anthem is being played, every stanza interrupted by "God Save The Queen" to acknowledge Murray, the only Brit in our agency.
