It has happened to me few times now. Latest time I lost my license.
Evidence leads to a suspect, suspect dont have an alibi. After I make the accusation Im told they HAD an alibi. First time it happened I thought I didn't pay enough attention to names and clicked on the wrong person to accuse. I thought the program of the game was set up in a way to make it 100% impossible. So I thought mistake was mine.
Second time it happened I didnt know what to think. And today when I lost my license over it I am not happy. I know I didnt make a mistake. The evidence came from my own contact before I even started questioning suspects. As soon as I got a hit I checked on alibi, came back negative, accused the person and read that she in fact DID have an alibi.
Whats up with that? Im not happy that I lost a licence over something that was not my fault.

Hi eikeegi, I'm not sure why this is happening to you. I'll see if I can look into it.

I'm afraid not. My access to this kind of data is Ben-dependent, so I need him to get back to me on that.

Have you had this happen again?

i havent used this character again. Im waiting for it to be solved. I am using another, and I dont think It has ever happened to that character. When it happened it always seemed to happen to this one.

No, I'm very sorry but it doesn't look like I'm going to be able to get my hands on the data I need to investigate your case. It doesn't look like this problem has happened to anyone else though. Perhaps it'd be best to carry on with your second account, or just give eikeegi a second try now they've been retired.
